@NatoGreavesy, I’ve read almost every halo novel, and most spartan IIs actually eat in their armor, sorta. The Kilo-Five books do portray the spartan IIs to be more, er… emotional, because Naomi meets her father, which had never happened previously. But I’m also not disagreeing with your statement completely. It’s just that I know so much lore, that the halo tv show completely infuriates me. I mean, c’mon, a master chief face reveal? “Silver team”?

@SonicDragon6 - uh... yes, they do. I'd encourage you to try reading some of the Halo novels. Spartans have downtime and hobbies and personalities just like any other soldier.

Because Spartans don't live, sleep, and eat in their armour. It's perfectly normal for them to be out of their suits in regular uniform when back at base.
