In the problem area highlighted, the set would pull itself apart due to the elastic for the suspension.
The solution is very simple by connecting 4 suspension arms (black and 6 holes long) with 4 sets of the 3 peices shown. The 2 longer black rods stick out enough to mount the elastic and the red pins have been removed.
Once this fix is applied all stress from the elastic is negated by the vertical piece which ties it all together.
The parts can also be swapped out without taking any of the set apart (asides from the removed red pins)
