@RedThree Contest Entry: Covenant Apparition

This is an merge between the covenant chopper and revenant. It retains the mobility of the revenant, whilst incorporating the "battle ram" feature of the chopper. It also has an upgraded plasma mortar from the ordinary revenant as the blast will produce a pool of radiation on contact. It seats two elites as usual, one driver and one passenger.
