Commander Jason "Neyo" Claw

As a child, Jason had the ability to sneak any where he wanted unnoticed.
His military career started when children were gathered for the Spartan II program. He later attains the rank of Commander after he goes on a mission behind enemy lines to attain intel that helps Fireteam Phantom break the Covenant's hold on Harvest III. His fellow Spartans started to call him Neyo in honor of the late Neyo Simons E-2780. Gifted with stealthy reflexes, he is sent to New Harmony to retrieve the talented sniper known as Jun-A266. Unfortunately, Jason is mortally wounded and he sacrifices himself to save Jun. Nearly 2 years after his death, Jun takes Jason's body to be buried next to Neyo Simons.
