Pretty cool, except that Thel 'Vadam was the Arbiter at this time. Ripa died quite awhile back, on Harvest.

That’s a cool bridge you got there. I like the lighting of the bridge which makes it light up. And that thing in the middle almost maybe is looks like a portal. Cool post in all.!
