Experiments with elite head articulation

Like the title says, this is the result of a bit of experimentation in adding a new point of articulation to an elite's head. Not bad but it does make the neck stick out a bit more. The face is 100% sculpted including the socket for the ball joint if anyone wondered. No helmet yet because it's a pain.
