Minifigure with factory error

Today I bought a minifigure in a series of bags, Battle for the ark, but when I open my bag, I get a brute, this brute had a problem connecting to a base block, and wanted to see if I could solve the mega contruxs support , but at the moment of porner the piece with error, he tells me that I put the serial code, all good until there, but the surprise is that the toy itself and the instruction pdf that the website puts you, does not have as such A record of this leg, I'm a little sad about this, I don't know what I can do

Figures count as one piece, and usually don't work in parts replacement (so people can't just game the system to get free figs).

You'd be better off emailing mega/Mattel support directly with a photo of the defect issue.

One sidenote is they often don't replace random figures in the bags, likely they'd send a replacement bag.

Apologies, but it's not as simple with blind bags - can always buy another blind bag but no guarantee (if going the normal lottery way) to guarantee getting a replacement Brute.

...... now, here's the real advice try using hot water, to flex the figure into the desired shape i suggest boiling water and dipping with tongs

Honestly wish I could link them, look up Mega Construx Blind Bag codes, they are really helpful.
