Unable to Create Account in UK

Hey, so some pals in the UK have been trying to make accounts, but got notifications, saying: "Sorry, the sign up is currently unavailable as we are making some changes to our website." One has been trying for about six weeks, and another has been trying for about three months. I just wanted to alert you of the issue.

The UK has a lot of strict internet laws. I'm willing to bet the sign up being blocked is related.

To get around it they could probably use a VPN or web proxy.

Who said I was American? With or without net neutrality Americans have full access to the web.
Europe however, is on track to be as censored as China.
