Guidelines for question asking

Hey Guys!
We LOVE hearing your feedback and suggestions! In order to insure the best response, please make sure you post your questions accordingly:
1. Make a new thread for each new question.
2. Make sure your questions are respectful and on topic (Mega Related only please).
3. Make sure your question has not already been asked. If you’re interested in learning additional information about another question, please add it to that thread.
4. Information about future products and releases will become available to the public when the line is ready to be announced. Please refrain from asking these types of questions, as we don’t want to spill the beans too early!
5. Please do not post questions related to consumer service issues here. If you have questions or concerns regarding missing or wrong parts, workmanship issues, etc, please visit our Consumer Service page.
