You know, I always get grumpy when I don't sleep enough.
You might say to me, "I try to sleep, but I can't!"

And I actually know how that feels.

Now, Rogue, I want you to put down the phone, go to your kitchen, grab a glass, open the fridge, grab the milk, pour some milk in the glass, put the milk away, close the fridge, open your microwave, and heat up that glass of milk for 30 seconds on max.
Then, whilst those thirty seconds count down, I want you to think about a funny memory, or an enjoyable activity.
Once the countdown reaches zero, grab that glass of milk, and drink it.
By now, you should be relatively calm, even if you're mildly hyperactive (*cough* me *cough*).
Finish that glass of milk, put it in the sink, and go back to your bed.
Prop up your pillow and grab a book.
Read preferably a single chapter in the book.
Next, pat down your pillow and turn off your light.
Close your eyes, and think about how much fun you'd have doing a certain activity that you thought of during the milk heating process.

This should help you sleep well, very well.
