I believe an ODST action figure was presented in the Halo Infinite Mattel action figures at the New York Toy Fair.

I'm in the process of working my way through reviewing all of the Halo Infinite sets. And my MCC set arrived and the review for that is out. I want play MCC. Mostly Reach and 4. And CE with not bad graphics. And prolly 3. And mayyyybeeeee 2A. And maybe 5. If I'm bored or just want to know the storyline for Infinite. *shrug*
