You might have to call the parts replacement line. That usually helps with these problems.

You might have to call the customer support instead of filing a replacement. When new sets come out, the parts take some time to get implemented into the system. They do this so that people cannot get replacements without needing them, but calling should help.

You can contact customer service at the bottom of this page. They should be able to help you.
