Hi Team,

Attempting to upload a photo and the tickbox isn't working. I've tried logging out and in, and have also wiped my history and cookies to no avail.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Still having issues with this. I tried on Safari and the issue persists universally across browsers, with each browser not allowing me to tick the box, meaning I can't complete uploads.

Yep, same here.

I had the same issue too, but only when I used the Halo tag on a post.

@kingcastlesieger I did it without the Halo tag and it worked. How curious!

Apparently the custom fig tab dose not work but the halo and mod tabs work.

The problem is using three tags. Two or one tags and the issue is not happening

I'm glad i'm not the only one having this problem, I have tried to upload a halo scene at three or four different times now!

I just tried it again and I could only submit one photo, I have eight!

This is quite frustrating to say the least!

This issue has been fixed, apologies for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused.
We regret that it took us this long to implement a solution.
