Problems with missing parts request for my Pokemon Lapras set.

Hi forum, I'm new here.
Recently I've purchased a Pokemon Lapras FWJ49 set, but some parts were missing, some damaged. Tried to request missing parts through request form, but it keeps telling to enter a valid Model number. The number is 100% correct (FWJ49) so there is a problem with a form. Is there any way to request missing parts?

Call them. Never do the email thing, just call them. Then you know a real person heard you and the complaint has been filed immediately.

Is FWJ49 the ID of the set or the part? If it’s the exact part then it’s the forums fault. If it’s the ID of the whole set you need to find the part ID via the instructions
