Why can't I post on an existing forum?

I have tried three times to post on an existing forum but it still doesn't show up when it only takes people 5-10 minutes it is all on the same forum so I don't know if it's the forum or me . Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong @WebTeam . Maybe I should try a different forum but I do not know.

To prevent spam new users have their posts pre moderated.
After a set number of approved posts you will no longer be pre moderated and your posts will appear immediately.

When did this start? I never experienced this. Maybe because I went to the forums much longer after I joined?

My guess, this was put in place around the time we were getting those spam posts written in Chinese.
It's been a long while since we got any of those.

How long?? I started heavily using the forums last year.

Yeah would've been around April '17 when it happened. Maybe even earlier.
