They're far from averse to creating one-off special molds. Look at the new CoD Heroes - Recon has a currently unique helmet and backpack, Torque a unique head. Heck, even the aforementioned Didact is a unique sculpt. I could see them making a "big guy" mold. They do that, could easily do a homemade Conan of realistic proportions with a He-Man head with painted hair.
