Why so many repeat Halo figures in upcoming sets?

I hope you can release E.O.D. In some other colors as well heck you guys should just make a big armor customizer with all the halo 3 armor.

Well as everyone else has already stated, it can be expensive to re-produce a figure in a different colour. And even more costly to produce an entirely new mould. This means that they would be able to recycle figures that they have spares of and save on money as well. Besides, who doesn't like generic(ish) Elites in purple?
