World Builders sets

2 questions:
1. Looking online at World Builders Jeep sets, it seems some have different figure types. One such set is the Jeep Forest Expedition. Some pictures of this set show figures with the push on heads and Spongebob style arms, others show the ball joint style heads with non elbow joint arms. Were there really two different versions of the same set?
2. Has anyone seen the Mega Bloks Canadian Tire Ice Truck set? That set looked awesome. Apparently it was only available at Canadian Tire stores. It was based upon an ice truck that was made to show the capabilities of the Eliminator battery. They took a truck chassis and built the rest of the truck out of ice blocks. If you haven't seen the toy or the actual thing, do an internet search, both are pretty cool.
