Missing Pieces Problem on the website

Hi I have tried to put in the model number and date code on a Scarab my son recently purchased, but the website keeps telling me it is not a valid model number. I have requested parts numerous times through the website, so I know that I am doing it correctly and entering the correct numbers from the box. I have tried calling customer service, but I only get voicemail and do not hear anything back from my messages. Any advice on what to do next? My son will be devastated if we have to return this as he has been saving for quite awhile and this was the only one the store had.

Don't return it. Just keep calling, or email a service provider. I did that once they were very helpful!
I think it is caps sensitive or a problem with the site at the moment. Don't lose faith!
