I wrote a little manual here: Adding pics to your posts?

Use the BBCode tags at the top of where you write your post. Click on the GALLERY button.
Then between the tags of GALLERY put the end of the url to your post.

Sure!

Go to your photo in the gallery. Copy the very last part of the URL.
Which in your case is: chopper-build-off-bronze-blazer

Click reply below or edit your last post (comment).
At the top of where you type your message you will see a button called GALLERY
Click that. Then put the part of the url you copied between the GALLERY tags.

If you look at the post right above yours there is a link to another thread that has more explanation.
