Making Chell From Portal (NEED TIPS)

I'm making a custom [competitor] set for my friend's birthday, she really likes Portal. However, I decided I'm going to repaint a Mega Construx figure to look like Chell, the main character from Portal.

What figure could I use? I need one of the highly-pose-able ones with a female head, and a smooth body for the jumpsuit.

I would recommend
Sarah Palmer figure from Halo Heroes Series 3 or Dare from Halo Heroes Series 4.
Palmer even got a right hair color, but Dare figure is cheaper. Both heads looks the same other than hair color.
I also recommend an April figure from TMNT sets- especially from the Party Wagon set.

Also recommended Testor paint because it doesn't make your figure look and feel crusty.
