Why no ability to post photos in these forums?

It's been asked before, but never answered...is photo posting ever going to be activated here, or should we just stop asking?

I imagine that a company like Mega Bloks could potentially have some legal concerns with allowing external photos to be posted on their websites. Looks like the current idea is to post in the gallery section where the photos can be moderated.
At the very least they could add some BBCode for better styling. I've noticed a few style changes over the last couple weeks, maybe its an indication that something might be coming?
