missing parts

hey can anyone help me with this.im missing a peice for revanent raid but when i put all the information into the site it says that the model number isnt right. im missing one of the first pieces and it is very important otherwise i cant complete the set

yes i did. and the thing is i just bought them tho other day but the store wont take it back because its been opened
