I honestly have never seen that figure, and I’ve never been one for the game or mega series, but this figure looks pretty nice. But how did you find this?

I remember it, I know because I got one. ;) But really, that figure was supposed to be the SDCC 2014 exclusive figures but it never showed up. It was found somewhere in Mexico. I got the figure from a bud of mine.
