I believe this was a Toys R Us exclusive. Comes with 2 copper grunts, 2 purple elites, 2 flame marines ( a blue and green one) and 2 Mark IV Spartans (again 1 blue and 1 green). There is nothing unique about these figures and weapons, as they are the same as the standard one included from the early 2009-2011 sets. At the time this was a nice troop builder, 8 figures for $14.95. Note there's some errors on this page 1) These are NOT MAGNETIC as the description states. 2) The Elite pictured in the "Figures" section does not match the ones included (original mold, purple, no peg hole) 3) The grey shotgun is also included.
