Are aliexpress megaconstrux figures legit?

I know I shouldn't have but I ordered fireteam taurus, stingray, and the h4 covenant pack from aliexpress and they look amazing! But the fireteam stingray box didn't come with the req thingy on the box. Am I not smart or is it actually fake?

I would expect the MCX sets sold on AliExpress to be legit. The Req thingy might be restricted to certain markets, and thus sets made to be sold in certain countries may not have it, I guess.
