Makarov as John Wick

I got Makarov today purely to be re-used as John Wick. I was hoping his beard/stubble would be darker and his hair more like the image on the package but...
Anyway, do people think he would pass as John Wick in a stop-motion? If not, what simple changes could be made? Is there a way to non-permanently darken the beard?

I know you could use a black paint pen. That's what I always paint with. Also, you would need some way to make his hair longer. This is an excellent idea, though, I'll look more into this!

I'll go back to my favourites for this (the Assassins Creed heads). There must be one with dark hair and beard :-)
