New Weapon crates?

So I got a Arctic Sniper Weapon Crate but a gun was missing I looked to getting one of this website but when I typed in the model number and everything it didn't work! It told me the number wasn't valid. So is the set new if not why won't it work?

Many of the new sets are not yet entered into their system. I was able to reach out via Facebook Messenger and they assisted me properly.
