COD villan character?

mega made wood, soap, price, elias, hesh, logan, sandman, and frost. but what about COD villians? like Makarov, Rorke, Zakhaev. steiner, or dragonvich.

Not all of it because Yuri and Price use Juggernaut to reach to Makarov and kill him.

As I am not a player, I can only take this from what I have heard, but I was told Shepard is in the Anti-Armor Helicopter set.
