I think it would be unlikely, unless the ILC were sheltering a dangerous or fugitive mutant and refusing to give them up.

You have to keep in mind that the USRC are as much a political force as they are a military one. Attacking another group of humans without justification or provocation would really hurt their reputation and standing with the civilian population.

Also, I've been thinking, I might do a comic about a USRC unit. I want to do this to have a point of view on the enemy. What do you guys think?

Well for starters, the USRC isn’t the enemy, there is no set Villain in Wasteland. Each faction has pros and cons. The USRC is just trying to restore the United States. Although they have radical policies, at least they are working toward an establishment, unlike the CDT and SSB (Socialist Soviet Bolshevik).

I think it is a great idea to do a comic from the POV of the USRC though. And of course you can introduce a character.

Also, I would like to apologize for not making new episodes of my comic. The majority of collection is packed up right now because I am moving. Should be unpacked and set back up by the end of the month. This contest functioned to keep wasteland content out until then.

Ok I see. As of right now, I'm not entirely sure if I will or not. I would love to do a comic from the POV of the USRC, it's just I don't always have the time. Lately I've been very busy.
