Hey Gregor! I uhhhh never really read DoD, but I’m going to start it. I should start at the beginning, Halo: Dawn of Darkness, right?
You actually don't need to read H:DoD. When I started DoD, I intended it to be a reboot of the original story, but at this point, I kind of regret not just coming up with a new title. But too late now, I guess. everything you'll need to understand the story is in this forum post, though you may want a basic understanding of the events going on with the Antares story lines.
I’ll probably start— and finish— it today.

I got caught up on Ashes of Antares (125ish episodes) in a day, and read the entirety of Fireteam Glory in two, I should have no problem doing the same for this.

Edit: Finished! It’s phenomenal Gregor! Your comic reads like a movie.

Thank you!! I'm really quite proud of it. However, an unfortunate side effect that I can't help but feel weird about of having it run so long, is that character designs tend to change a lot.

Wait, can you tell me what connects? So far I know that winter Antares and coloring office have connected ( i think?) Tell me what to read and in what order and I'll read it at night when I'm sad and alone.

I honestly don't entirely know the answer to this, because currently, the series' that actually directly connect are Light of Antares by Admiral-Sabree, Ashes of Antares by NatoGreavesy, Winters: Antares by JoeFilms, Forgotten by GreenSpartan082, and Dawn of Darkness by yours truly. And all of those combined might give you enough context to understand what happened before. I'm not entirely confident in that, though, because there are a total of 41 comics from all the MegaVerse writers, considering that aside from me, everyone else had multiple preceding comics that led up to the Antares arc. But if you have a lot, and I mean a LOT of time on your hands and want to read everything, I can at least give you the names of the current MegaVerse writers as well as the names of their first comics in the canon timeline.

CharlieBucket | Project: VORTEX
NatoGreavesy | Those Two Guys
GreenSpartan082 | Feet First
JoeFilms | Winters
Admiral-Sabree | Quarantine Zone
and myself | Dawn of Darkness

As for Coloring Office, while it is currently going through a segment with Joe and Majora's Mask, it isn't directly connected to Antares. Otherwise there'd be some continuity issues, considering Majora's Mask is currently on the field in Winters: Antares.

There is, admittedly, quite A Lot of comics to sift through.

All of the Mega-Verse comics loosely exist within the same shared universe, and the Battle of Antares is our first major crossover event.

Comics directly related to Antares include Calm Before The Storm, and Light of Antares by Admiral-Sabree, The Vanguard and Ashes of Antares by me, Winters: Antares by JoeFilms, and of course Dawn of Darkness here. There's some characters who are shared between these comics to some extent, but you don't need to keep up with them all if you don't want to.

However, most of us have been creating comics for years before Antares, and many of the characters involved and their ongoing story arcs have been established elsewhere. So if you want to go through it all, here are the titles to keep an eye out for.

By GreenSpartan082 (https://unboxed.megaconstrux.com/en-us/ ... Spartan082) - Feet First, Whiplash, Revolution, Epsilon, and Forgotten.

By JoeFilms (https://unboxed.megaconstrux.com/en-us/profile/JoeFilms) - Winters and Winters: Antares. Winters was spun off from a short-lived comic called For Honor, but I don't think that one's required reading.

By Charlie Bucket (https://unboxed.megaconstrux.com/en-us/ ... rliebucket) - Project V.O.R.T.E.X, Legend of Sabree, Return of Nato Greavesy, Code Green, Tales of CC Browning, Ghosts of the Future, Land Ho, and Project V.O.R.T.E.X remastered (unfinished, but changes some major story details from the original). However, Charlie has stopped making comics, so this story will never be properly finished. The major detail from this story that has been referenced in other Mega-Verse comics is the existence of an evil orc named Jeff.

By Admiral Sabree (https://unboxed.megaconstrux.com/en-us/ ... ral-Sabree) - Quarantine Zone, Resurgence, Recall, Lost in the Snow, Reclamation, Psychosis, Ghosts of the Past, Calm Before the Storm, and Light of Antares (plus a co-current side comic called Premonitions).

By me, Nato Greavesy (https://unboxed.megaconstrux.com/en-us/ ... toGreavesy) - Those Two Guys, Crossfire, Necropolis, The Raid, Turning Point, Circle of Vengeance, Zero Hour, Tangent, Intermission, The Vanguard, Times Collide, Lost Souls & Loose Ends, Mr Doyle, Shade's Tale, Lost in the Snow: Causatum, Ashes of Antares (plus a mini-comic called Antares - Isolation).

It's worth mentioning that I'm working on converting all of my comics to a video format which will then be posted on Youtube, which should make things easier for people who want to catch up.

They are. I listed each user's comics in the order they made them.
