Pop and swap. Get a old security helmet and use it with one of the halo 3 armor sets. Not that difficult. Also the scout has been made multiple times in New articulation, including two palmer figs

Mk VI security would be cool, if I recall correctly they do exist officially but only in the old articulation style. I don't care much for Halo 4 and 5 armor so I'm not bothered by mega not making them.
