Hello Fellow Gallery Members!
Going from today until September 1st will be a Wasteland Propaganda Contest. The rules are simple: create any sort of propaganda propping up or tearing down a Wasteland Faction. It can be a stereotypical, satirical piece based on existing propaganda (as seen above) or something original. When you post it, make sure to title the post “Wasteland Propaganda.” The factions for which you can make propaganda are listed below:
United States Restoration Corp
Civilian Defense Taskforce
Socialist Soviet Remnants
Post Human Union
Intelligent Life Coalition
New to wasteland?
It’s a collaboration on the gallery that started in 2019. Anyone can write side stories that take place in the Wasteland Universe about their own characters. Here’s a quick summary, in the words of the founder, Nigel:
“In 2081 an unknown powerful group of radicals bombed every country with a mutagen gas that began to mutate the planet. Some people mutated, some mutated, just not visibly, some didn’t mutate at all. The variety of mutations, and the reactions of others to these mutations, caused a death toll of 50 million in the first day. This, paired with the mutation and change of many ecosystems, caused many governments to collapse and chaos to ensue. This story is about the planet rebuilding.”

I will also post a brief description of some of the factions in the days to come. Be on a lookout for them.
