We received production units of the next series of MCX Heroes. We showed off the prototypes at SDCC in July. We are happy to show off the final result in all their vintage style packaging glory.

These are in production now, so expect them in very early 2020.

Merman is coming in an upcoming set. I will be buying a bunch of these for multiple custom projects. I know some people are irritated with all the repaints, but not me!

Prince Adam and Evil-Lyn look great. I understand wanting to get Stratos out again (even if a variant), since he was hard to find. Same with Moss Man. Unfortunately, I think repaints are taking over this line. Certainly they're a part of the business, and there are plenty of justifiable variations with the brand. However, out of the 21 figures (my count, I could be off) shown at SDCC and scheduled for 2020 release, only 5 are characters new to the line. The rest are all repaints. That's a bit disappointing. Again, I understand the repaints/repacks, but there are so many possible characters yet to be made, it's disappointing seeing so many repaints instead of a few more new characters.

@GreenSpartan082, MCX Heroes is moving to a 5 figure/wave format. There will be more waves in the year. @Spartanz19, the Skeletor's blue is in fact darker. I'll try to post comparison shots of each figure next week. @vladik841, yup, MOTU charcaters will continue to be sold individually and in larger building set. Currently, there are no plans for a second MOTU 5-pack. @thekiller2468, I would take internet rumors with a grain of salt. I saw the same rumors, but no such sets exist, sorry :/ @Battle7, once products have entered retailers distribution networks, it is really up to them when they put them up on shelves. @TheSSMotionTom, will do, the packaging designers put a lot of effort into what they do. They'll be happy to get positive feedback :). There will be other themed waves of MCX Heroes, including a second MOTU one in the second half of 2020. @Schildpad, this wave is part of MCX Heroes. The next wave after this one will feature a mix of characters like we are used to seeing.
