Marine Engineer (idea based on custom from 81Ceta_Deta)

First of all as it says in the title, this was not my idea. The Marine Engineers custom was 81Ceta_Deta's idea which inspired me to make this custom (He has done a lot of cool customs too).

Something that will also be unique about this Marine is that it will be part of the new characters that I told you guys for Survivors of Mombasa although it will also be in Wastelanders Alaska.
