Le Phare de Québec est un projet d'immeuble du Groupe Dallaire situé sur le boulevard Laurier, dans l'arrondissement Sainte-Foy-Sillery-Cap-Rouge, à Québec. Il se compose d'une tour de 65 étages, et de trois tours de 30 à 25 étages. Des espaces commerciaux, des bureaux, un hôtel de 300 chambres « de prestige » et 1000 unités résidentielles cohabiteront dans les quatre tours, qui seront reliées par des passerelles. Ce bâtiment vise à être le plus haut édifice du Canada à l'est de Toronto.

The complex consists of 4 towers, the main tower at 250m and 65 floors, which would become the tallest building east of Toronto, a second tower at a height of 180 meters, and two smaller buildings. The total area will be more than 2 million t consisting of office, commercial, residential, hotel space, and 750-seat multimedia concert hall. The proposed site is 270,000 sq. feet and former location of Hotel Governors, which was demolished in 2013.
