Well, I finally finished it. My custom Insurrectionist Pelican. In full honesty, it's only Insurrectionist because I didn't have ANY green pieces to work with. Only brown. I also forgot to look at a reference when I was building it so that's why the tail is really skinny and well, it doesn't look exact.
There are 4 hatches into the pelican's bay. That were, actually a lot easier to make than I thought they would. The build in general is a LOT sturdier than I thought it would be(most of my customs fall apart easily).
I put in a gausscannon from the Dual-Mode warthog because I thought it was fitting and I could find a gun that would look better.
My favorite thing about this build is I was able to successfully suspend a Warthog from the tail. It took some trial and error but it work very well. However, the back door cannot be opened when the warthog is suspended.
My least favorite thing was the cockpit. I didn't have the right cockpit piece so I had to improvise. I don't think I improvised very well but whatever. The back end is the main part that I focused.
Feel free to ask any more questions! I had a fun time making this!
This is also my entry for @TheOriginalCollector 's building contest.
