Part 2 of the UNSC M-71 Scythe build. This time, it's ALL IN THE DEATAILS!
Hey guys I'm back with another custom, not a big one but rather huge when it comes to detail and creativity of this build!
For those who don't know, UNSC Scythe (or Vulcan) is a medium base turret seen in Halo Reach. Mega Bloks released a prototype build called "UNSC Vulcan vs Covenant Revenant" back in 2011-12 but never got released and got replaced by "Revenant Raid". There's people out here that like to have a Scythe, especially MB version but mega used some pieces to the base that NEVER exist in MB world , making the cloning part rather impossible . The people that made one like Dielectric and Felicianoivian end up have to be creative with theirs, not entirely accurate but it's actually cooler than in-game version!
So, after playing around with the pieces I got, and suddenly I end up finding a PERFECT solution for the arc base in the bottom of the gun, so I decided to make one!
After a week of concussion and frustrating moments, it's done! The accuracy isn't perfect but it's so darn close enough for me to count it good enough in my book, I'm sure someone out there can make a better one and take my crown while writing LOL
What do you guys think? Critism and Cloning (or in @VinceHoffman 's term: "Go to school" in my builds) is always welcome. If you're trying to clone mine, especially the base of the turret, beware that this build ain't a easy cup of tea build but more of an headache til you figured out what to do.
