Maybe it was an accident. Maybe the Oceanic fell out of the original owners pocket, and thus lost his/her figure (That was how I lost my Atriox).

Nice find. I'm glad that you gave him a good home. Reminds me of one of my figures which I found which I found at a school excursion for an event in our local park. I tried to find the owner but no one knew who's it was. It was the blue odst that came with the jumpack brute and unsc recruiting centre.

You're pretty lucky to have found such a nice figure laying around, though I do feel kind of bad for whoever lost it. At least it's not still in the street where it might get broken.
