Foot Clan Vacation part 5: Bonfire
Not too much differences between these pictures, other than angle, lighting and the glow of the light brick from the Destiny Fallen Walker set. No comic captions needed here, just the guys enjoying some time around the camp fire (after stealing a Mountain Man's things and one of the Foot Soldiers killing him).
About the scene:
Apparently at this point, the horse must have gotten away from them (Maybe that will be used in the Columbo episode). But now it is rest and relaxation time. Listening to music on a stolen guitar, I guess you could say it's "rock" music since the Rock Soldier is playing it. One Foot Soldier pokes the fire, while another drinks some of Mom's Robot oil. Bebop and Rocksteady are roasting marshmallows over the fire (I absolutely love the way they look, simple but incredibly effective). I made a custom hatchet for this scene, that can also be seen in parts 3 and 4. I used parts from the weapon that came from MCX Heroes series 2 Spock.
The horse and fishing pole probably would have been in this scene, if I had taken these pictures after the Mountain Man scene, but these were taken before then.
For this scene I had initially thought about making an actual tiny fire, but having that light brick from the Destiny set provided me with an easier way to do this. And I always like to use Mega Construx pieces if possible, that and I didn't want to have to worry about the plastic melting the pieces from a real fire.
