Cant sleep so here's a fixed captain cutter, agent 47 and custom arbiter

I'll let you guys in the comments to figure out if the arbiter is silver or is he gold. Hint under that paint is the bland color that the halo heroes series 10 arbiter comes with. I fixed cutters uniform from the plasticky looking color that doesn't match in game as well as the new color I gave him and to kill time i made agent 47 for the fun of it. Cant sleep at all. I'll announce arbiters color scheme later today so may you choose the correct color
