I thought this would be an interesting comparison as the alternative build is actually rly good! Not gonna talk much about the figures l, thier great for army building and comes with ana amazing Spartan, but besides that not much
Skiff (pics 2-3):
Great design and great look! There were some interesting building techniques and the outcome looks very nice. The only play features are turning the front barrel where the cannon is by rotating the engine in the back, and shooting the green rods at the front. Besides that not much else, but it does give you a large amount of space to place figures inside of the skiff, as it seems to be a troop transport type vehicle
Alternative Build:
Great designs for the vehicle and wall! They look very halo, as i can see them being in the halo game, sadly their not official. For the Wall, the design is great and detail! you can also turn the turret at the top by rotating the gear thats in the back of the wall. you can also shoot. In the back there seems to be like a small little platform for some engine or generator thing, which is great as you can position figures on it. For the vehicle its awesome, you have a lot of positioning and you can open up the whole thing to put a figure inside! The design is also very good!
Overall Thoughts:
I think the Alternative build is actually better for most people! It comes with way more play features and gives you more of a variety! The only thing is that its not an official design by 343. As for the skiff it is official but it lacks on features. Definitely expected a bit more. The only reason i like the skiff more is because its a Official thing, and since im a fan of Halo, I want the official thing, but if i weren’t a fan of Halo or i just didnt know much about it, the alternative build would be better as it has more benefits and i wouldn’t mind that it isnt offical since i wouldn’t be a fan of Halo.
