Let us talk about a treaty

Ok, @ge0b0x is ending the war. *insert celebration here*. but we need a treaty (or some basic rules) to stop more invasions and wars.
these are reasons why there shouldn't be more

1. Just dont do it, people dislike when this happens. dont forget about the bush and shrub wars.
2. remember, not everyone wants it. some people just like posting there stuff and not having any harshness on their posts on " how they got those materials" or anything like that.
3. Ask the gallery first if there should be a war or invasion. ge0b0xs war contest could have been fun if he asked the people first.
4. if you do get feedback saying " sure why not". POST THE RULES FIRST!
5.i know this isnt a treaty but usually treaties are when two sides talk about something wrong.
6. if there is something wrong with the site that you dont like, tell the members. I, for one, am happy to mediate matters and try to figure out whats wrong.
7. honestly no one should control the site. theres no purpose in doing so.

I dont want to be the ruler/president/military dictator/ guy in charge/boss/leader/whateveryoucallapersonincharge. I want this site to stay chill.
