Been meaning to post this in the contest forms as instructions to boost the contest entries for contests on this site. I have heard as a complaint for contest Runners is the lack of entries, now you can use the whole site in passive contests to boost active entries and to show a bench mark of what your contest is looking for in winner criteria. The idea that past contest content is useless is simply not true, old content is used to base future content, without digging with keywords on this website, I would not have such ideas for future content of my own. a new contest entry same value as a old contest entry and could still be different with a paint defect face and still look different to win a top position, this is a form of art and art is judged based on the internal references made by the judge's past. For people making contest entry content, the same project can be used hundred times for active contests with no extra effort from the project poster, less time I don't have.

You don't need to ask anybody to run a contest. A active contest is Declared in the contest dates in a project, include search title to be included in the description to make your search easier. A passive contest, means you can use older posts in the contest or current posts with no contest consent, if that project wins, you just don't use the picture in your contest declared winners titles, you simply put the name of the project to search for others and a comment on the winner project telling them they won a position in your contest. A mix of active and passive contest will have a reminder that the active part is ending and total contestants in reminder before active date is over. This way passive contests or old projects with keywords from the past, or previous project contest consent can be re entered, for example "best halo figure custom ever 2021" the passive part of contest can declare a top ten in the contest so far, in effort to bring in more active entries.
