A Fraction of my Research, These Gauntlets are the Forearms of H.O.M.E.R
They are Equipped with Plasma Generators inside allowing plasma fields to be deployed around the fist, making punches burn through flesh like a hot iron,
These are the only prices of H.O.M.E.R that the UNSC has so far recovered
