Here is a thread for members of the Imperial Campaign to make short lines of lore for the Imperial Campaign. It will be an easy way to integrate lore without actually adding it to the story. I will write the first one...

6:33–shortly before Aplha lands to assassinate Morrison.
Audio Log 461–

Ava: “Hey, Z19.”

Z19: “Yeah?”

Ava: “You’ve never told me where you came from.”

Z19 moves over two seats in the pelican so that he is right next to her. He begins to whisper.

Z19: “Alright, I’ll tell you. Somewhere on a moon of Oro, there was a secret Rogue Coyote base. Its sole purpose was ‘Operation Z.’ It was a project designed to create 25 super spartans. I was the nineteenth project.”

Ava: “How many others are still out there?”

Z19: “As far as anyone knows, no others are still alive. They had 25 cryo pods waiting for when the Z’s died. Twenty three of those pods are occupied.”

Ava: “Where is the last one?”

Z19: “Only 25’s corpse wasn’t located. The intel team only said that they were KIA, but I have a theory...”

Pelican Pilot: “All right, we’re at the drop zone, go go go!!”

Ava: “Let’s regroup after this mission and hear about that theory.”

Z19 nods.

Unfortunately, Ava would not come home from that mission. She was killed by a spartan and her corpse used for experiments; particularly the Dark Devil “Anti-Alpha” team comprised of revived and brainwashed members of Alpha.

All subjects reacting well to final augmentation procedures.
The last test results show that they no longer feel pain.
Unfortunately, fear and worry are still present as emotions.
Subjects -003 to -010 are now above 120cms.
Most of them have grown more than 10 cms in 3 months.
-001, -002, and -011 are still below that mark, but are catching up rapidly.

Best team this week for the third time in a row was achieved by Lynxes (-004, -008, -010, and -011).
Team leader was recorded as -010.
Witness reports seem to indicate -011 in the authoritary position though.
Recorded leader change required perhaps?

ONI was split apart half remained loyal to the organization and half joined the corrupt UNSC Devil alliance


I feel this explains the conflicting motives ONI has had throughout the story being 011 and Daniel's backstories

A few ONI agents have even contacted members of Red Eagle organization dedicated to helping the people and ridding the galaxy of corruption and oppression to help them from the shadows, hence why 011 under the influence of the control chip was helping the Eagles and could still be out of his own free will.


We will call the Devil aligned ONI, ONI-X for the sake of making this easier
