I almost forgot to say it again but there are only a few days left to finish the banished contest !!!
In case you do not remember the rules, here are them:
Entry rules:
1. Custom figures
You can make a Banished custom figure, from a simple pop and swap to the most terrifying custom. It can be an existing unit or a known character. But if you have a lot of creativity inside, you can create your own units or your own characters.
Now if you come to create characters or units that you created yourself, please write a short description of how they work or what history they have.
2. Custom builds
Like custom figures, you can create something that already exists in the history of the Banished or something that doesn't exist. From vehicles to a Banished base or a Banished Scarab.
REMINDER:
The Banished have also accepted humans into their ranks not only as bounty hunters or mercenaries but also as soldiers. Which means that Spartans, Marines or Insurrectionists are acceptable for the Contest as long as they have a Banished look or have a story alongside them. They have also adapted to UNSC weapons which a Banished Scorpion would be cool to see.
Photography:
You can take photos of your figures in a battalion or in your yard (if you have one) and take some photos of your figures on the battlefield or in another environment. As long as it is Banished (No UNSC or other group victories allowed !!).
4. Mini story or comic:
You can make a mini story or a mini comic about something related to the Banished, maybe the story of a character or documenting a mission. The choice is yours.
5. Diorama
Similar to the one in the photograph but on a larger scale, if you would like to show your Banished diorama then this is the moment. It can be anything from a small diorama with Brutes destroying a Warthog to a Banished army claiming a UNSC base. And it also gives a brief description of what is happening in the diorama.
Rules for the posts:
Write in the title of your post "Banished Contest 2021 entry". So I can find it easier your entry and it can be counted.
You can only make 5 entries, which you can make one entry for each theme from the list mentioned above, or you can focus on the themes that you can participate in. I chose only 5 as I don't want to flood the gallery with entries.
3. It does not have to be a priority to post your entry the first day, take your time. You could get better ideas on your way, or unless that you have prepared yourself all year for this.
The contest ends on November 30 and in the following days I will analyze and then announce the winners, perhaps on December 9 at the latest.
