Hellay, everyone. Been a while, and it's probably going to be another while before I post something else. Seeing as how Joe and I never got around to announcing the contest winners like we meant to back in January (sorry), I finally decided to just do it in a simple post.
So, first off, contest results. In 3rd, we chose Spacekamper with his Christmas Ghillie Suit. 2nd, we chose Kingcastlesieger with his Carolling Unggoy animation. And in 1st, we chose WhoThCares with his Marine Christmas Dinner. That thing was bonkers.
Now, to actually explain why this is only being announced now. Basically, we've had the winners decided since early January. But we intended to make a fancy announcement post like we did last time, but instead of just me, we were going to have it alternate between us like a video call in comic form. But then, Joe got sick, then found out it was Covid. Then on my end, I started getting somewhere with my jaw surgery we've been trying to schedule since last year, and now that it's been scheduled to be in about 3 weeks from now, I'm preparing for it. Then on TOP of that, Joe just went through a surgery of his own a couple weeks ago.
So basically, with all that going on, we both just completely forgot about the contest very existence, and so I finally decided to make it like this, considering it's been 3 months since we decided the results. Thank you all for your patience, and I'll hopefully get back into the swing of things after surgery.
