In 2004, the rover designated Opportunity was sent to Mars, to explore and study on the planet's surface.
February 13th of 2019, Opportunity was retired, as NASA decided it had served it's purpose.
On February 22nd, Stupendium released the song Little Rover, which was the first I heard about it's retirement. And now, after staying up past midnight to finish editing this photo, I've made a scene to commemorate Opportunity's Odyssey among the sands of Mars.
