Z19’s Halloween contest - Elite Flood Combat Form

You may have seen this from a couple months ago, if not, here it is. Decided to enter him in as I liked how it looked, even if the claw is a little odd. I used some heatable plastic to mold it, and gave it a paint job to match the kind seen in official flood figures.
